1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AnyworkHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AnyworkHub is a marketplace platform that connects service providers with clients seeking various services in Nigeria. We provide the platform for these connections but are not a party to any agreements between service providers and clients.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Service Provider Terms

If you are a service provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your services and qualifications
• Deliver services as described in your listings
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Honour quoted prices and agreed terms with clients
• Maintain any required licenses, permits, or certifications
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations

5. Client Terms

If you are a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your service requests
• Communicate respectfully with service providers
• Pay for services as agreed with the provider
• Leave honest and fair reviews based on your experience

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Scrape or collect user data without authorization
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

7. Payments and Fees

All payments for services are made directly between clients and service providers. AnyworkHub may charge fees for premium features such as listing boosts and banner advertisements. These fees are clearly disclosed before purchase and are generally non-refundable.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform (listings, reviews, images, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. We prohibit fake reviews, review manipulation, and exchanging payment for reviews. We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES OFFERED BY PROVIDERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY TRANSACTIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYWORKHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. AnyworkHub may, at its discretion, assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. For disputes with AnyworkHub, Nigerian law shall apply, and disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
